Auctions on 3forone.auction are conducted either by 3forONE AG alone or in cooperation with external partners.
When auctions are organized solely by 3forONE, we act as the sole data controller pursuant to Art. 4(7) GDPR.
In the case of joint auctions, data is processed either on the basis of joint controllership under Art. 26 GDPR or within the framework of data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR—always in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
In all cases, personal data is used solely for the purpose of conducting and processing auctions and will only be shared with third parties where required for contract fulfillment or by law.
